Two seasons and four moons have passed in the forest. Twenty eight moons of gatherings and battles and many many seasons. Twenty eight moons of patrols and a catastrophe so large the delicate balance of the clans was almost torn forever. The forest heals though, over the years. Leaves unfurl, bright and new, new minds are born, ones not witness to the past events. A whole new generation has started in the forest, the past a mere echo. New lives are being born, new paths forged. This is, for many, an entire new beginning, a fresh start, a happy new life to live. For others, it is just the beginning of their lives in the forest.

For the tribe, it is a return to a life once lived. They do not have any memories of what happened in the fores.t Their memories of days spent traveling the mountains and behind, searching and searching for a new home. many died on the journey, including the leader of the Tribe, Star. From then on, the tribe drifted slowly apart, many cats simply disappearing into the night. In the end, only a ragtag group of cats remained, but they were beaten and broken. Three came then, in the time of the tribes most desperate need, and banded them all back together. A newly formed tribe, they returned to the forest and claimed their land back from the claws of Blazeclan.

The forest is a new, the hearts of many healed. Feuds are still held, hatred between clans over old and new, suspicions thrown this way and that in the normal way of the world. Hearts long for those they cannot have, swaying the minds of even the great leaders. Tensions boil under the surface, filling the air with their thick static. The world is not as perfect as it seems, even as leaf bare ends and new leaf springs into being. The world is not quite born a new, memories float around, stories weave like intricate the intricate silk of a spiders web. Cats of old times still reign, holding memories in scarred hearts, and an evil lurks in the shadows.
